GOSIMAT provides this reporting channel, in compliance with the provisions of article 8 of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC) and under the terms of the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infringements (RGPDI).
In order to carry out a proper complaint analysis, it is essential that it be presented in detail and objectively, including a description of the facts, the dates or periods of time covered, the places where they occurred, the persons and/or entities involved, and other elements considered relevant.
The complaint can be made by people of Gosimat´s team and by external public, with two types of report available:
- anonymous report: no personal data is collected from the complainant, who submits the complaint anonymously;
- complaint with confidentiality guarantee: the confidentiality of the complainant is guaranteed and the personal data provided by the complainant are treated in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and in accordance with the legal information presented and the informed consent.
If you wish, you can also file your complaint by requesting a in-person meeting with the company's management, presenting your reasons and causes.
Under the terms of the GDPR, a individual person who reports an infringement based on information obtained in the scope of their professional activity is considered a whistleblower.
